Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
  • Provide technical support/Training to client.
  • Generate new lead as well as follow up old lead.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Any Graduate
  • Preference will be allow if candidate having Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field or having experience in marketing strategy
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as necessary

Interview Process

  • Round 1. Face To Face or Telephonic Interview
  • Round 2. Written Test
  • Note : For the written interview , all the questions will be belongs to our product and company details. You will get maximum 4-7 days to understand about our product details so that you can attend the written interview


  • Rs. 35,000 Per Month with some terms + 1800 Rs. TA + 500 Rs. Mobile And Internet Expenses

General Terms

  • to get complete salary, Currently individual employee has to be touch monthly minimum business of 5 Lakh rupees
  • in case of any employee is unable to fullfill the monthly target, employee will get salary as 7% of business value for that particular un-achievd month.
  • to get TA and mobile expenses, employee has to be get minimum business of 1,00,000 rupees
  • Company has full right to take any action and termination of employee in case of employee is unable to achieve the target.

Bonus & Reward

  • For every business, employee will get some bonus and reward based on company policy.
  • if any employee fullfilled 5 Lakh rupees their monthly target upto six months continuously and also next month onwards having same performance as existed then seven month onwards employee will get salary as 90,000 rupees plus extra benefits
